In the wake of Marvel’s Cinematic Universe announcements, we started looking at the new and returning characters we will see as well as their old Marvel Legends*. Now we know, as you do, the toy market can fluctuate. Yesterday's Jean Grey is now today's fire sale and so forth. We started looking around the web and found the current value of for these figures, since the MCU movie announcement. Some, such as the Red Guardian (in the Black Widow movie), were once discount store peg warmers. Others, such as Blade, have retained their value and only risen in price. Here is where the current market falls on these figures. Enjoy, Junkies! #AFJ4LIFE

*We did not consider the 3.75-inch line of Marvel Universe figures in this Junkies.

The Eternals

If you can believe it, Junkies, there are tons of CUSTOM Marvel Legends of The Eternals on the internet, however, Marvel has never produced a figure with either Toybiz or Hasbro. Does this mean, between now and their November 6, 2020 release date, comic book versions of The Eternals will start to appear in upcoming waves of Marvel Legends?

The Eternals will be played by Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo,  Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh and Angelina Jolie as Thena.

Anthony Mackie will play a version of The Falcon that has become the new Captain America in the Disney+ Series. Below you will find the 2016 Toys R US Exclusive of The Falcon in that outfit.
Amazon: $99.99 (seen HERE)
eBay:  $75.00

Figures of Sebastian Stan as The Winter Soldier have been around for a while. In fact, he may be one of the easier figures to find as his Walmart Exclusive sat on the shelf for a long time. Surprisingly his price is decent for a MOC 5-year-old figure.
Amazon: $39.99 (seen HERE)
eBay: $35.00 (average)

Daniel Brühl will, again, play Baron Zemo but his character from Captain America: Civil War did not receive an action figure. The character did a receive a Marvel Legend, in his comic book outfit, but we doubt he will look like this. Still a great figure though!
Amazon: $79.71 (seen HERE)
eBay: $45 (average)

The character of Shang-Chi, from the upcoming Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has never been on screen before. Yet, this year, at the SDCC Hasbro Marvel Panel Hasbro revealed the first-ever Shang-Chi Marvel Legend (slated for Spring 2020).

As for the Mandarin, his nemesis for the upcoming film, we also are at a modern-day loss. The only Mandarin figure we have had, in the Hasbro era, is the Trevor Slattery one. To get a Marvel Legends figure based on the actual character you have to go all the way back to the 2006 Toybiz release. Which also had a variant too (linked below). It was part of the Face-Off series of heroes and villains.
Amazon: $116.95 (variant seen HERE)
eBay: $75.00 (average_

Hawkeye, the series, for Disney+ will feature the adventures of Clint Barton. It will be interesting to see when, timeline-wise, those stories take place. If it takes place in the 5-years after the Thanos snap that could provide a lot of ground for the character to develop. We'll go with the only Jeremy Renner Hawkeye figure (that is not Ronin) to date. That figure is from The Black Widow and Hawkeye Target Exclusive two-pack, which is still floating around in stores.
Target: $39.99 (seen HERE)
eBay: $32.00 (average)
Marvel Studios announced that the character of Kate Bishop will join the series. This brings us back to the Toys R Us Exclusive Avengers 3-Pack where we got Captain America Falcon!
Amazon: $39.99 (seen HERE)
eBay: $35.00 (average)

Thor: Love and Thunder will feature the return of Natalie Portman's Jane Foster. Thankfully in 2017, Hasbro released a comic book version of the character after she became the Goddess of Thunder!
Amazon: $39.99 (seen HERE)
eBay: $35.00 (average)
As for Thor, well there are lots of Thor Marvel Legends but we'll just settle on the last one announced for now (slated for Fall 2019).

There have been numerous Black Widow figures over the years. Much like that of Thor and Captain America, she has been a staple in the Marvel Legends toy line. We are going to skip her to move on to some more interesting developments in the market. Fear not, a Black Widow still appears on this list.

David Harbour, from Stranger Things, will be The Red Guardian in the upcoming movie. In 2015 Hasbro produced a Red Guardian figure as part of the Ant-Man Build-A-Figure wave. We saw this figure EVERYWHERE at discount stores after Captain America: Civil War ended. What's his current value? Around what he came out at.
Amazon: $19.99 (seen HERE)
eBay: $15.00 (average)

Florence Pugh will play Yelena in the Black Widow. According to Marvel's Wiki, she is also a "Black Widow". Believe it or not, Toybiz released a variant of the Black Widow of Yelena. Check out the Marvel Legends Series 8 Black Widow Blonde (Variant) below. This one was a surprise to us as well, Junkies.
Amazon: $26.49 (seen HERE)
eBay: $30.00 (average)

O-T Fagbenle will play "Mason" however, at this time we do not know officially who he is other than a love interest for the Black Widow. Rachel Weisz will play a character called Melina. At this juncture, we can only guess that she will be Marvel's Iron Maiden, who has never had a figure. Blade will actually be a part of Phase Five in the MCU. It was, in fact, our research on this particular figure that prompted this article/ research. This 2017 Marvel Legend, part of the Man-Thing BAF, will suffice until we get a new movie-accurate one.
Amazon: $41.99 (seen HERE)
eBay: $38.00 (only 1 posted)
